Digital Product Sales
CSV Data Compare is a downloadable digital software product. Because the product is supplied electronically after payment, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once the purchase has been successfully completed and the download has been made available.
Before You Purchase
Please review the product description, supported platform, version, file size and system requirements before purchasing. By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed these details and wish to purchase the digital product.
Download or Delivery Problems
If you have completed payment but cannot access the purchased download because of a technical problem with our delivery system, please contact us using the support details provided at checkout or in your payment confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the purchased file.
Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with the relevant payment details so that the transaction can be investigated and any genuine duplicate charge can be handled appropriately.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay acts as the payment service provider; HandyToolSmart/Data Alta Solutions is responsible for the product and its purchase policy. Any refund, if applicable under this policy or applicable law, will be processed through the original payment method where supported.
